THE GOAL
Leadership Menomonee Falls is a unique professional development program, providing firsthand exposure to the inner workings of our village, and skills training to prepare participants for community leadership. Specifically, LMF establishes an unparalleled network of professionals committed to:
• Enhancing a positive commercial climate • Expanding the quality of residential life
• Increasing commitment to volunteerism • Encouraging progressive and positive change

APPLICANT INFORMATION 2011 – 2012 Session
Applicant Information and Requirement:
Applications are due August 1, 2011. Applicants will be selected for interviews.
Leadership Menomonee Falls Participant Information and Requirements:
Tuition Payable to Menomonee Falls community Chamber - $800.00
Menomonee Falls area corporations and foundations are encouraged to underwrite the cost of the program. All participants are requested to pay the first $50.00* of the enrollment fee to encourage personal dedication to the Leadership Development Program. Financial constraints will not limit applicants from participating in the class. If fees become an obstacle for your involvement, we encourage you to indicate this on the application and the matter will be discussed confidentially.
Each participant is expected to attend:
- An orientation to be held in August of 2011**
- A ½ day & one full business day retreat/road rally in August 2011**
- Monthly sessions from September 2011 – April 2012** to be held at various locations throughout the community.
- A Leadership Luncheon in March 2012
- A Commencement Celebration in May 2012.
- Optional attendance: Menomonee Falls Chamber’s Annual Awards Banquet January 2012
may be required.
