DESCRIPTION:Leadership Menomonee Falls Class of 2011-2012\n\n\n\nTHE GOAL\n\n \n\nLeadership Menomonee Falls is a unique professional development program\, providing firsthand exposure to the inner workings of our village\, and skills training to prepare participants for community leadership. Specifically\, LMF establishes an unparalleled network of professionals committed to:\n\n \n\n  Enhancing a positive commercial climate                         Expanding the quality of residential life\n\n  Increasing commitment to volunteerism                          Encouraging progressive and positive change                            \n\nLeadership Menomonee Falls creates a vibrant and vital pool of leadership resources committed to community involvement and civic responsibility. \n\n\n	 \n  \n\nLEADERSHIP MENOMONEE FALLS\n\nAPPLICANT INFORMATION 2011   2012 Session\n\n \n\nApplicant Information and Requirement:\n\nApplications are due August  1\, 2011. Applicants will be selected for interviews.  \n\n\n\nLeadership Menomonee Falls Participant Information and Requirements:\n\n \n\nTuition Payable to Menomonee Falls community Chamber - $800.00\n\n \n\nMenomonee Falls area corporations and foundations are encouraged to underwrite the cost of the program.  All participants are requested to pay the first $50.00* of the enrollment fee to encourage personal dedication to the Leadership Development Program.  Financial constraints will not limit applicants from participating in the class.   If fees become an obstacle for your involvement\, we encourage you to indicate this on the application and the matter will be discussed confidentially. \n\n \n\nEach participant is expected to attend:\n\n	\n		An orientation to be held in August of 2011**\n	\n		A   day & one full business day retreat/road rally in August 2011**\n	\n		Monthly sessions from September 2011   April 2012** to be held at various locations throughout the community.\n	\n		A Leadership Luncheon in March 2012\n	\n		A Commencement Celebration in May 2012. \n	\n		Optional attendance:  Menomonee Falls Chamber's Annual Awards Banquet January 2012 \n\n Each participant will join a Project Group. 1.  Projects will be completed by May\, 2012**.
