Michelle Gass, chief merchandising and customer officer, is responsible for all of Kohl's merchandising, planning and allocation, and product development functions as well as the company's overall customer engagement strategy, including marketing, public relations, social media, and philanthropic efforts.


Catherine Jacobson serves as president and CEO of Froedtert Health, a $1.7 billion regional health care system based in Milwaukee, Wis. In partnership with the Medical College of Wisconsin, Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network consists of eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center, two community hospitals, a community physician practice with over 240 physicians, and Medical College Physicians — the adult multispecialty practice plan with over 750 clinical providers.

Dr. Michael R. Lovell is the 24th president of Marquette University. He began his role as president on July 1, 2014.   As an educator, President Lovell seeks to develop course work and foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship for faculty, staff and students. Among his many accomplishments, President Lovell is a recipient of a National Science Foundation CAREER Award, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Outstanding Young Manufacturing Engineer Award, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Burt L. Newkirk Award and the Olympus Emerging Academic Innovator Award. He also was named a State of Wisconsin Distinguished Professor.
