LEAN & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Value Stream Mapping VSM is a Lean Six Sigma tool used to identify waste and improve process efficiency. Value Stream Maps provide a roadmap to transform from current state performance to future state performance. Participants will learn how to improve the follow of process, material, and information.
