Basic Principles of Customer Service Customer service is more of a marathon than a sprint; it becomes part of the culture for any successful organization. Understand the importance of diversity (such as generational and gender differences) when serving customers and how to build effective and sustainable relationships. In this training participants will understand the evolution of customer service and today’s business care, deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, learn how to successfully and effectively say “no”, and how to wow your customers by understanding their expectations.
