Communicate the message you want with stronger body language, gestures and tones. Reduce the instances of being misunderstood or misrepresented. Increase credibility in both internal and client business settings. Identify and replace words, phrases and mannerisms that reduce credibility. Communicate more effectively with cultural, generational and other differences.
