Vision Forward Business Solutions is a business coaching and consulting firm in Sussex, WI, led by Brad Herda, The Blue-Collar Business Guy. We work with family-owned construction, manufacturing, and skilled-trades businesses across Northern Waukesha County, greater Milwaukee, and beyond.

After decades in manufacturing leadership, Brad helps owners fix the business side of the work: building teams that don't depend on one person, ending 70-hour weeks, easing generational friction on the crew, and building a company worth something when it's time to sell or hand off.
