Community Memorial Medical Commons is a full-service health care clinic that provides primary, walk-in and specialty care services to the residents of Menomonee Falls and the surrounding communities. The services at the Medical Commons are offered through a unique partnership between Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin that results in coordinated care for patients.
