After reviewing the expectations and trigger topics to avoid\, speakers will have a chance to contribute to the conversation and have 30-45 seconds to talk. A buzzer will indicate that their time is complete. Additional time will be allotted once everyone that wants to speak on the topic has done so.  The Buzz session can and will transpire naturally over the course of 15 minutes. \n\n\n\n**Coffee\, water and pastries are included**
